VAN SANT NEWS & EVENTSI wanted to extend a huge THANK YOU to all whom participated in Sunday's event.There was a boat load of smiley happy children after their flights yesterday. We did 29 free kid flights and a total of 46 tows for the entire day!!!!! Thanks to Steve Warnick, Todd Cooper, Keith Pronko, Ruth-ann Bell, and Peter Lonstrup for their help with all of the flights. I received several positive comments on how professional everyone was and how smoothly everything went. I also wanted to thank our hardworking ground crew. Wes Potter and Nick Lonstrup did an awesome job of wing running and making sure everyone was safe on the ground. I'd like to thank our food service crews as well. My wife Sue, Daughter Devon, Son Tyler, Steve Pronko, my nephew Ryan Cells, and Ron and Carol Cells my mother and father-in laws for all of their hardwork. Also a special shout out for the band, Fate Of Fiction, for providing the evening's entertainment as well as Samantha Beatty for her help with coordinating the band and various aspects of our event.
